We offer domestic and international shipping with tracked service for all orders. We process orders within 1 business day from our warehouse in Santa Clara, CA.

Standard shipping times are as follows:

United States (Standard) - 5-7 days
United States (Expedited) - 1-3 days
United States (Next Day) - 1 business day
Canada & Mexico (Standard) - 7-21 days
Canada & Mexico (Priority) - 6-10 days
Rest of world (Standard) - 7-21 days
Rest of world (Priority) - 7-14 days


We understand that these are challenging and unprecedented times. This is why at OoVee Wand, we want you to shop with confidence and be 100% satisfied with your orders. We deeply value your trust and business, so if there’s anything wrong with the product you received, we will ensure that returns are easy and hassle-free for you.

We accept all product returns within 30 days in original condition, in exchange for another store product or a full refund. If there are manufacturer defects, we will cover return shipping. Refund for other reasons such as mishandling / credit card fraud / mail theft will not be honored.

Once we receive the return products back, we will credit the original account back in full in 3-5 business days. The credit card processing company may need an additional 3-5 business days to credit your card back.

We stand behind all of our high-quality products. With everything we manufacture, we use the best processes and materials available. Everything goes through intensive testing and strict quality checks. We do the little things to ensure a great product. We guarantee our products against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of receipt.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at and provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt.) We will repair or replace the defective product, or issue a complete refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a warranty without valid proof of purchase.
  • All warranty exchanges are tested in-house for proper product functionality since we always strive for customer satisfaction. If there's a problem, we want to get to the root cause of it. However, a lot of the time, we find that some users experience FWAPTU (frustration with a product that's unfamiliar). Before you return your items, take another look at the instruction manual or shoot us an email and we'll see if we can resolve your issue. If we receive a product deemed to be in full working order after testing, we will send it back.
  • OoVee Wand warrants against material or workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. OoVee Wand is not responsible for damages caused to other devices made by third parties.
  • If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any OoVee product, and a valid claim is received within the 1 year Warranty Period, we will at our option:
    (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts
    (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product
    (iii) refund the purchase price of the defective product.
  • This warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence or misuse. Under no circumstance does the warranty policy cover replacement or cost of any electric device used with our product.
